Healthy Aging with Healthy Nutrition

Healthy Aging with Healthy Nutrition was presented by Jessica Jetton and Cynthia Whitmer of the UNF Nutrition and Dietetics Department. This presentation provides a wide range of topics that can help you adapt your nutrition habits as you age.
