Module CEU & CME Information

How to obtain a certificate of completion:

Users must first complete the module in CANVAS, pass the end of module quiz with an 80% or higher, and complete the feedback questions.

Official Certificates: Your official certificate of completion will be emailed to you from Suwannee River Area Health Education Center within 2 weeks and your credits will be entered into the CE Broker at that time.

Unofficial Certificates: You have the option of requesting an unofficial certificate. The last question of your module quiz is where you would do this. By selecting “yes” you will receive and emailed version of your certificate within a week.

At this time, printing an unofficial certificate from the course is not an available option. We are sorry for any inconvenience. If you have any questions, please email or call 904-244-8617.

CME/CE Credit Statement:

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint providership of the Florida AHEC Network and the University of Florida, College of Medicine Jacksonville, Department of Emergency Medicine.
